How big a discount do I get at 100, 250 or 500 pieces?

Use the bulk pricing calculator above to see your exact price at any quantity. As a benchmark: 50 pcs ≈ 15% off the single-piece price, 100 pcs ≈ 25% off, 250 pcs ≈ 32% off, and 500+ pcs up to 40% off. The calculator runs the real price ladder against the cheapest shirt in our range.

Do I need to commit to a bulk order, or can I order one sample first?

You can print from 1 piece — same design, same fabric, same print method as your bulk run. Most event teams order a single sample to QA fit, print colour, and stitching before committing to 200+ pieces for the booth.

Which print method should we use for our brand logo?

Accepted Answer

Screen printing is the workhorse for trade show giveaways: solid colours, sharp edges, survives 50+ washes. DTG (direct-to-garment) handles full-colour artwork and photographs. Embroidery is the go-to for executive kits and staff polos. We recommend the right method based on your artwork — included free in the 24-hour proof.

Are your t-shirts certified for sustainability briefs?

Every t-shirt is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified by default — tested for 350+ harmful substances. For sustainability-led briefs we stock GOTS-certified organic cotton and GRS-certified recycled polyester options, with traceable supply chain documentation available on request.

Do your prices include VAT, and which countries do you ship to?

Accepted Answer

EU orders include VAT in the listed price (you see exactly what you pay). UK orders are priced ex-VAT with a clear VAT line at checkout. We ship across the EU, UK, and Norway from our European warehouses, with carbon-balanced delivery via Gold Standard offset projects.
