  Mikael

  Sales Manager

  Mikael is your contact throughout the deal, from the first enquiry to delivery. He goes through what you need, suggests products from a range of over 2,000 items and prepares the quote with unit price, print and setup cost clearly separated. If you have a date to meet, he walks you through which options and shipping levels will make it, including express delivery on selected products. Questions about price, quantity and timing land with him.

  Stine

  Product Specialist Apparel and Customer Support

  Branded apparel is Stine’s area: t-shirts, polos, hoodies, jackets and workwear with print or embroidery. She helps you with fit, fabric, size breakdown and which print method suits the garment and your logo. Stine also works in customer support, so questions about your order, the delivery or an order you want to add to can go to her.

  Ava

  Quality Control and Administration

  Ava checks the order before it goes to production: item, colour, quantity, print placement and that the proof you approved is the one being used. She also handles the administration around orders and deliveries, follows up on delivery notices and keeps the details of each case together. If something is wrong, this is where it should be caught.

  Julia

  Graphic Design Coordinator

  Julia keeps the graphic side of your order together: making sure your logo arrives in the right format, that the proof is produced and reaches you, and that the changes you ask for carry over to the next version. If you have several products with different prints, she coordinates so all proofs match. She is the link between you, the designer and production.

  Lena

  Graphic Designer

  Lena creates the proofs you approve: your logo at the right size and position on the product, colours matched to PMS and print-ready artwork adapted to the method, whether screen print, DTF, embroidery or engraving. If all you have is a simple image of your logo, she can vectorise it so it prints sharply.

  Martin

  Logistics and Deliveries

  Martin looks after deliveries: making sure your order ships with the shipping level you chose, that you receive a tracking number and that the parcel lands at the right address, in Sweden or Norway. If time is tight he checks which options will make your date and follows the delivery until it arrives. Questions about delivery status, address changes or split deliveries go to him.
