Consumer protection laws apply

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders for promotional products and related services from Quizify AB (reg. no. 559251-3088), hereinafter referred to as "ProfilProdukter.com", "we" or "us".

By placing an order, you accept these terms. We recommend that you read through the terms before making a purchase.

2. Orders and agreements

2.1 Quotation and order confirmation

A quotation from us is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A binding agreement is created when we send an order confirmation via email, or when you approve a proof.

2.2 Proof

Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof showing how your logo or design will look on the product. By approving the proof, you confirm that:

  • Design, colors and placement are correct
  • Any text is spelled correctly
  • Product selection and quantity are correct

After approval of the proof, the customer is responsible for any errors that were present on the proof.

2.3 Changes

Changes can be made free of charge before the proof is approved. After approval of the proof, changes may incur additional costs or delayed delivery.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 Prices

All prices on the website are stated in the local currency excluding VAT. Prices normally include printing according to specification. Additional costs may apply for:

  • Multiple print colors or print positions
  • Express delivery
  • Custom adaptations
  • Origination costs for certain printing methods

3.2 Payment terms

We offer the following payment options:

  • Card payment: Charged at time of order
  • Invoice: 14-day payment terms for approved business customers
  • Bank transfer: Direct payment for businesses

In case of late payment, default interest will be charged in accordance with applicable law, as well as statutory reminder fees.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery time

Delivery time is calculated from when the proof is approved and any payment is received. Standard delivery time is 2-3 business days for most products.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on stock status, season and complexity. We always notify you of expected delays.

4.2 Shipping

Free shipping is offered on orders over the equivalent of SEK 3,500 excl. VAT within Sweden. For other orders, shipping costs are according to quotation.

4.3 Delivery inspection

The customer is responsible for inspecting the delivery upon receipt. Any transport damage must be reported to the shipping company and us within 24 hours.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

5.1 Custom-made products

Promotional products with print are custom-made according to customer specifications. According to consumer protection laws, no right of withdrawal applies to goods manufactured according to customer instructions or that have a clear personal character.

5.2 Stock items without print

For standard products without print, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies according to law. Products must be returned unused in original packaging.

6. Complaints and warranty

6.1 Right to complain

You have the right to complain about defective products within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered, but no later than 2 years from delivery according to consumer protection law.

A complaint must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the defect
  • Photos showing the defect

6.2 What counts as a defect?

The following count as defects:

  • Production errors (incorrect print, defective product)
  • Delivery of wrong product or quantity
  • Transport damage (if reported within 24 hours)

The following do not count as defects:

  • Errors that were present on the approved proof
  • Minor color deviations (±10% is normal for printing)
  • Normal wear and tear from use
  • Defects caused by customer handling

6.3 Remedies for defects

For approved complaints, we primarily offer:

  1. Replacement delivery of correct products
  2. Price reduction corresponding to the defect
  3. Refund (for significant defects)

7. Quantity deviations

In production of promotional products, minor quantity deviations may occur. We accept a deviation of ±5% from the ordered quantity. The invoiced amount is adjusted according to the actual quantity delivered.

8. Intellectual property rights

8.1 Customer responsibility

The customer guarantees that submitted material (logos, images, texts) does not infringe on third party intellectual property rights. The customer indemnifies ProfilProdukter.com against any claims from third parties.

8.2 Our material

Design, layout and other material created by us remains our property until full payment is received. After payment, the right of use is transferred to the customer for the agreed purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

ProfilProdukter.com is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or expected savings
  • Damages caused by force majeure
  • Damages occurring after delivery through customer handling

Our total liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the order in question.

10. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

11. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Disputes and applicable law

Swedish law applies to these terms and any disputes. In case of dispute, the parties shall first try to reach an agreement. If this fails, the dispute shall be settled by Swedish general court.

As a consumer, you can also contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for dispute resolution.

13. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the new terms have been published on the website.
